RE: Athos200 --> don't stray from the facts

RE: Athos200 --> don't stray from the factsAthos, you jump around quite a bit, but then, this is trait of most desperate people. We should establish ground rules. First off, this is not a Canadian verses Peru issue. I know many Canadian firms doing commerce with honorable Peruvian partners. They rely on the principals of offer and acceptance. This has always been about an exploration company(Sulliden) finding an enormous amount of gold and the previous owners feeling terrible for having sold it. It doesn't matter one iota whether they did not have the knowledge, courage, organization or capital to fully explore it; they simply sold it and it is no longer theirs. They sold it and then waited for Sulliden to prove it out and are now trying to steal it back; it is simply pathetic business practice. To be clear, I do not believe this is how the majority of Peruvian business is conducted. You and Algamarca are simply sore losers and what we call "bad apples". Sulliden will win because the Algamarca claim is baseless. Try not to stray from the facts: A. Sulliden offered to buy the property B. The offer was accepted C. Sulliden spends millions on exploration D. From their exploration they outline a total of 1,144,076 oz of gold and 26,108,808 oz of silver E. the price of gold and silver begin a dramatic rise in price F. Algamarca attempts to void the original contract; which many view as the most dishonorable, unprofessional and embarrassing representation of how a Peruvian company has ever treated a Canadian exploration company to date G. Sulliden takes the high road and begins to untangle the legal mess knowing the truth will prevail and they will be vindicated I hope Algamarca pays you by the word athos, at least that way, you can afford the whiskey required to drown your lies; I pity you in your present occupation. good tradin' -oldtimer
