RE: What would mouserman call It is clear that both sides are "slimy". It was clearly bad judgment of Brant to sell his shares without informing shareholders and also of WEX to not make the payments. I guess they thought they had the cash until GPXM grabbed back money of the stockpile sale. It seems on the other hand that GPXM is maybe a bit too aggressive towards WEX. At this stage you're not going to threaten to do this for a meager 300,000.
But also note that the release states that they plan to invoke this clause, but I read that it is more a final outcome, in case arbitration, etc. fail. As it seems unlikely to me that they can actually pull this off, it is more likely that WEX will pay the money and that's it. Therefore
GPXM did something fairly stupid in jeopardising the JV. This is why the market has punished GPXM today.
