RE: Nuclear...Eauclair...I have my doubts about the final outcome of the Blizzard project for exactly the reasons you have articulated but in the interim, it is good for a lot of arm waving promotion, and speculation while the other properties are explored...and you never know, the value of the Blizzard deal to the provincial coffers may just outweight the political fall-out in the end.
