Sometimes

Sometimeswhen something seems too good to be true,,,,,,,,it is. I find it hard to believe all the smart money that found this site and built an incredible infrastructure complete with its own hydro electric plant and mined this spot for years would give it up.? If prices were too low then smart money would shut it down and wait for better times. But give it up??????? I smell a big rat in this one. Could it be that big money knew exactly what it was doing.? That they refused to put more good money into a bad situation. Just how bad is the flooding? I don't think we are asking the hard questions because we don't know what the real reasons to abandon such an obviously rich site were...
