BP resource prediction and NAV

BP resource prediction and NAV I am indulging once again in back of the envelope calculations and predictions. I welcome comments and calculation modification of other BB participants. The recent excellent high grade results at Bobby's pond were roughly compared to the results used to obtain the NI 43-101 resource; combining the indicated and inferred there was approx. 930k of resource in the NI 43-101 resource. at a wild guess i would hope to see a combined resource of 2.5m tonnes. Assuming a grade of 4.35% Zn and 0,82% Cu (probably higher) Cu $2.60 and Zn $1.85 Approx. 46 million lbs. of Cu and 240 million lbs. of Zn and excluding other minerals approx. value $650 million; value in the ground is conventionally 10% C$65 Valentine lake 30% net 0f 360,000 0z. of gold @ $600 and 10% in ground C$8.5 SA diamond props. excl. Tirisano; CIBC report approx. $38 million less 18% BE C$31 Cash C$1.5 No debt NAV $106 million NAV per diluted share $4.24 MOA NAV multiple 0.24 (avg.NAV for junior gold producer is 1.6; Etruscan is 1.1)
