RE: Internet Deal

RE: Internet Deal Sure, sounds good to me too. When I was doing some of my research I couldn't help but notice the number of new real estate developments throughout North America. Just a thought, but with all these new developments branching out into untapped territories, radio stations will no doubt grow in numbers greater than previous years. Real estate is up from last year in the Toronto area. There's still going to be a need to meet the public eye to eye or ear/mouth to ear/mouth. And as the suburbs of the past 30 years transform into suburban metropolis', more offices will be needed to cater to each of those areas. The need for DJ's on the radio will never die, and the DJ will always represent the area that he broadcasts from (unless of course it's sydicated). So a little bit of patriotism probably plays a part in it too. You know... gotta have our own "star" DJ representing our city/area/university sort of attitude. Giving out free tickets and dinners and stuff and becoming part of the local/metropolitan community is not something that I forsee changing in our lifetime. Point I'm making is that franchising web based stations (sites) personalized to a specific area but globally accessible seems to be a viable (and hopefully a profitable) exploitation of the internet revolution. Does anyone know of a publicly traded internet broadcasting restaurant franchise real estate company that we can use as a comparative? :) BTW, it's amazing what kind of information one can dig up when researching real estate over the internet. Well, my drink is done and so am I. Good nite.
