RE: Transactions by MintyHelp please... I have never been on SEDI before so I am not sure if I read the info properly. The son resigned from the board and still holds 4.4 million shares. The father is still on the board and holds 0 shares. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why did dad save CIVC and not stick around for the payoff. Gasguzzler
