That would be the case, however it may only be those of us who have been invested for a while (I'll soon be counting by the decade) that are aware of the pp. There are a lot of investors that have been attracted to this stock over the last couple of days that may not have done a lot of dd on this stock and may not be aware of the pp that is available. When the pp is filled it will be a win-win-win situation for everyone. For CQV as they will get the cash, for the pp investors as they will get shares at a favorable price, and for the shareholders as the stock may be left to find its price based on the laws of supply and demand which I think will be higher than it is at present.
