Your question about Walker is a good one. The majority of BOD recruits in micro/small caps get options handed out to them but rarely buy equity shares into them from the get go. But remember these were from a private placement and a BOD position may have been a condition by Walker. Still, he has a greater vested interest than most BOD members as of now. I suppose the SMTC and Flextronixs experience could lead to some new go-to-market initiatives or at the very least help fine tuning management's plans. We'll have to wait and see. Too bad we donèt have a shot at subbing the new Apple IPhones is out of reach....I think large volume would be an understatement.
