RE: Scratch Those Heads??!!??!!

RE: Scratch Those Heads??!!??!!PCWilly, Stockhound - great posts. Stockhound, in particular, #5 on your list is what seriously bothers me. Universally, the property has been described in superlative terms, with some geologists saying things like seeing some of the best samples they've ever seen - visible gold chunks and all. This just doesn't make sense. Furthermore, you'll notice that Canaco's mystifying share cascade started in in Oct., 2006, only a couple of weeks after the hype started. At first, I though it was just profit taking. Then, I thought perhaps there was some tax loss selling adding to the fire. Now, with these results, I'm beginning to wonder about less savory things - no geologists pushed from helicopters, but still, this is strange folks. No one could ever judge a company on these limited results and I'm not claiming they will not deliver. In particular, PCWilly, you may very well be right, and in which case, I'll be back....... In the last two to three months, Douglas Lake's shares have held up better than Canaco. Perhaps that was due to their direct ownership and the wide variety of other project irons they have in the fire - and uranium properties announced today? Hmmm.... I wish all the longs the best of luck, but I'm not sitting on the sidelines. I'll pay-up more money to get a seat back on the train later and push all of you higher (in a tiny way } if this story is real! For now, these two companies are moving into my "prove it to me" bin. Good luck!
