STM $ 4.70 within 6 months?

STM $ 4.70 within 6 months?https://www.321energy.com/editorials/hoye/hoye011707.html On another note, I'm a bit ambivalent about the direction of the price of Uranium if Russia manages to convince the US to change the terms of the Megatons to Megawatts contract to theirs likings. I've read many articles stating that it would increase the price of U dramatically because they'll be selling it at market price or about $72/pound instead of $7-10/pound. But, there's an article from Stockinterview.com saying that it would actually decrease the price of U because Russia will be able to put more U on the US market and that the utilities companies actually endorse the new Megatons to Megawatts contract.
