Question on De-listing a Stock

Question on De-listing a StockDoes anyone know when a stock de-listing happens, due to lack of trading? E.g. If a stock doesn't trade for "X" number of days in a row, can it be de-listed? I believe there was about a 26 day stretch when PTX did not trade so I would guess the number of days before a de-listing is higher. Thank you in advance for the information.
