it sounds like Lonny Smith at Skyline( if indeed they are about to become the PR machine ) may be your best bet. I met Sean Perger of Skyline once and he (they ) did a nice job
getting the story out on a couple of stocks. Hopefully the pr rumours are right.
Hopefully IIE is about to bust out.
