RE: NEWS! - and deafening silence......on this board. Did anyone think this was coming? I didn't, nor did the fellow investors I know, and was under the (apparently false) impression that the last oversubscribed issue had made the company flush with cash. Anybody know what's behind this new placement, or better put, why was it necessary?
