Banks

BanksSeveral posters have referred to banks in regard to this project. This project will never need bank financing. Rio Tinto, CVRD and BHP all cash-flowing $1 billion per month right now. Teck with $4 billion in the bank and growing every month. This is not a mid-size project for a mid-size company that neeeds to borrow for funding or issue shares. If you're thinking Pacifica will build and operate this mine you are here for the wrong reason. The exploration sector takes properties, looks for signs of an economic ore body, drills, studies and if all turns out well, sells the ore body to a much larger company. That is the model. If you are not willing to bet this ore body will be both large and economic, then you should not be a shareholder IMO. This is a market for speculators, not investors.
