The Company is earning its interest by paying $25,000.00 and issuing 200,000 shares of its share capital to a prospector. The 58 claims property is located 100 kilometres east of Lebel Sur Quevillon where significant results has been obtained by Noront Resources (NOT) recently at 5 km west of the property. In December 1, 2006, Noront announced the results of three gold assays testing 1792.9 g/t, 800.1 g/t and 1327.9 g/t Au over 4.8 meters. This area is well known for its gold potential, and the company is very pleased with this acquisition adding another attractive property to its portfolio with Opinaca, Aiguebelle, Clericy and Vassan all located near major gold discoveries. The company will undertake shortly a magnetic survey of the entire property and establish a drilling program for the summer.
