Paul van Eeden on RoBTV (II)SERENGETI RESOURCES (CVE:SIR): I do not have a target price, I never have target prices for these stocks. Entry point..well, if you like the story and you do not own it then maybe buy some do not buy a lot. If it falls buy some more. If it goes up you will be making money. That is at least how I tend to trade stocks without worrying too much about technical analysis. I just buy things I like if I think the price is decent. But the more important part management the company president is David Moore he is a very competent geologist. I do not think David necessarily is the most aggressive promoter on the street that is why very few people have perhaps heard of SERENGETI but he definitely is very competent on the technical side that is often more important. You mentioned the drill hole, it is a very nice hole that they drilled. I do not think i want to infer too much from just one round of drilling but certainly this has a lot of promise. So SERENGETI definitely something to keep an eye on. If you like drill hole plays if you like developing early stage exploration projects the right thing to do is to get exposure to this stock and see how it unfolds. But you know this is very high risk speculation.
AURELIAN RESOURCES (CVE:ARU): I don't know that AURELIAN has 15 million ounces. That is point number one. I don't know what AURELIAN would be worth fit had 15 million ounces but it would be a lot more than what it's currently trading for. We have done some back of the envelope calculations and what we think AURELIAN may have, and we have broken up the deposit into a high grade section and a low grade section. We think AURELIAN could fetch somewhere between $40 and $60 without stretching it too much. That is based on what we know and what we expect. The complicating factor for AURELIAN is, of course, Ecuadorean politics which in my opinion is a bit of an uncertainty at this point. We did not get the conservative right-wing candidate that people expected to come in. So we have got a more left-leaning candidate. There are noises, there is a little bit of worry about whether he's going to be a populist president or not. And I think until we get resolution of what Ecuador is going to do it's going to be a tough game for companies like AURELIAN. But if there is positive progress on the political side, I think AURELIAN could fetch $60 without a problem.
SOUTHWESTERN RESOURCES (TSE:SWG): SOUTHWESTERN I am less bullish. SOUTHWESTERN has a project in China that has received a lot of media attention a couple of years ago. It looked initially like it was going to be very large and, and with very good economics. My take on it is that it could be very large but I think the economics on it are going to be tough. I think that SOUTHWESTERN languishing has a lot to do with the fact that the optimism that we had in the beginning of the development of the project has been tempered quite substantially. So I am not that optimistic about the economics of that project.
ENDEAVOUR SILVER (TSE:EDR): I still own it. I like the company a lot. It is a mining company they are in production they are pouring gold and silver from their deposit in the district in Mexico. But the reason I own it is not because it is a silver mine I own it because I like the exploration potential in this district. ENDEAVOUR is consolidating the land around the mine that they have. And the historical workings on these deposits have typically only gone down to the water level that leaves a lot of room for exploration with modern mining techniques mining below the water level is not a problem whatsoever. Their exploration success thus far has been very good. And I think the exploration success at ENDEAVOUR is going to continue to be good. So ENDEAVOUR is constitutes, if you will, my silver portion of my investment portfolio. I like the company alot. I think it is going to have a good future.
EVERTON RESOURCES (CVE:EVR): it is in a trading range, I do own it..to take stock higher, need preferably discovery or increase in gold price..they will be drilling this year, should be winter drilling but need lakes to freeze up at James Bay..the thing about Everton that I think one should keep in mind is it is somewhat of area play..everybody rushes in but very seldom do you get instant gratification of latecomers..however, EVERTON has had great success, I continue to hold, waiting for next few rounds of drill results..AZIMUT (CVE:AZM) and EASTMAIN RESOURCES (TSE:ER) announced interesting results, two stocks to look at if interested in the area..
