Some thoughts on funds

Some thoughts on fundsIt is obvious that funds have accumulated for whatever reason, and they may be linked via some common agenda..... But I don't think that one can link this directly to a takover. Funds don't run companies, they invest in them. Sieze the oportunity and capitalize on it. I see things from this perspective. The fund managers have heard the whole speel, some have even vistied the site. They have been impressed with what SGR has, and I think the scenario goes something like this. Fund managers advise: SGR will be an excellent oportunity once the mines are producing and resources are proven up. You have a huge warrant overhang and we will help you clean it up.... we will absord those shares into our portfolios and support the share price.... ( IE: Manipulate) This is why $1.60 was insurmountable, they just sell into it and push it back down.... In return you guys stop the flow of information... keep quit or you might attract a major too soon and take you over on the cheep. ( Hillbillys buy into that part) So you have to keep quit while we take care of your warrant overhang..... OKaaa says they! Translation : We want the oportunity to load up at the expence of the little guys at the cheapest possible price. They have aquired those shares from us...! The shakeout! ----------------------------------------------------------------- The information we all know will validate the new 43 101 is what will instill confidence in the average investor to buy into the SGR story. I would bet they even convinced the managment to slow down on the production and concentrate on development and undertake elective maitenence during the last year. All this to set up next year ( 2007) and facilitate the shakeout! Funds have a long term objective, to drive value and make profit. They have likely influenced managment in their decissions for the funds gain.... That of maximizing their ownership via control of the volume.... stop the flow of information = no confidence = no volume = a controlable situation. I would bet they even got the exchange to put the magnifying glass on Ricks butt about MMU website, which explains why he is reluctant to have any factual information on it. I don't know how ay times he told me " they would shut us down if we had info like that" But I see hundreds of websites that have exactly what we have been asking for. MEM is but one very simple one. Thus 2006 has been a setup for the future, one that these funds will be able to capitalize on as they have become the largest holders of the stock.... Why do you think Sprott would never take calls about SGR... makes it look bad keeps the volume down and allows accumulation by the interested parties at the lowest price. My conclusion is: We are all being duped by these funds.... the managment as well as the individual shareholder. The only right thing to do is have your shareholders in posession of the information which allows full valueation of the company in the market. The website plays the pivatol role, as do the fillings and disclosure.. of drilling results and resources documentation.. Making them easily assessable on the website is of fundemental improtance.... making detailed maps, of exploration, development and future plans is also important. The biggest benifators of the present and past situation will be the funds, at the expense of the little guys. Hopefully managment wake up pretty soon and see this for what it is,,,, they have been using SGR like some high class pimps for their own gain. Eplains why Managment have been fixated on the warrant overhang and how to resolve it.... aparently lying on ones back is a solution they bought into... They call both the market and the stroll, the street for a reason. Time for managment to control their own destiny and start promoting SGR with facts and information which allow us all to profit from investing in this story. JMHO of what has happened here in the past 6 months. The truth will set them free!
