RE: paradigmThey underwrote the Canadian portion of the last financing... every institution that bought stock bought thru them. Virtually every institution that didnt get all they wanted at the new issue.. is buying thru them. They are " the box " on this stock right now. No war chest... just good, solid institutional accumulation... couldnt be better.
