The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

Jacob's millions of shares would have brought the price of EFL down to one cent if he wanted out. I think he wanted out because Sankar will move manufacturing to Asia leaving the current staff out of work. Investors in the know may like the idea but the employees and many Canadians won't. Scientis don't think the same as regular folk and you, hotschmuck, you don't think.
