And maybe we can develop a list of qualified precedents to prove its validity." Yes, that's how I felt when I came up with the sp calculations. Being told that the 5% in situ value is used for base metals isn't enough validity for me. Can anyone on this board who's versed with valuating stocks accurately come up with hard facts on the reasons for using 5%? or another number for that matter?
