Myfunds..........that would be the logical way to do it. Nice and seamlessly. I trust Dr. Cruz as well and just 'assumed' that thats the way it would come down but it's good to have confirmation from someone who was in attendance and discussed first hand with Transition Mgnt. the game plan from a Timing perspective.
As I've mentioned before we may very well be trading on the Nasdaq before anyone really realizes........split one minute , trading the next type of thing. That would be MY prefered way that they do it and if theres good news to kick-start our foray into the vast American Capital Markets thats a bit of gravy.
If Elie Farah has the FORM S-1 ready to go we'll be on our way.....you heard it here. Considering our S-1 will probably run to well over 300-400 pages I hope but expect he'll have it ready! Once the S-1 is filed we'll finally have the transparency I require for one as an investor.
