Yes, it will become automatic. Read the post on G2 and there is a clause saying: "G2 intends to acquire all of the remaining Cannon common shares not deposited under the offer pursuant to the compulsory acquisition procedures and to de-list the Cannon common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange." Even if you don't respond, it still happens.
