NAG and SLT

NAG and SLTIt seems that all the NAG busybodies are pumping/bashing SLT today. It has certainly been quiet here in the last few days. I am beginning to think that it may not be the best idea from the point of view of investors to see two separate companies with similar projects in the same geographical location being run by the same group of people. Can anyone shed light on some history as to how this came about? Would it not be more effective for all prectical purposes to merge the two? NAG certainly seems to be on the back burner these days with reports and updates promised but never or tardily delivered. I have so far been not critical of this management but at this point I am not so sure what I have invested in. I think, along with others whose money has been gobbled up in this company, are owed some clarification from monsieur Desjardins.
