The 4 weekOne analyst I listened to on Rob TV from Ziff whatever said that the winter is not long enough or cold enough to really affect the oversupply situation we now find ourselves in and there will be continued over supplies and lower prices next fall. He mentioned that companies will be shutting in wells in the fall because prices will be crashing.
I'm not sure I agree with him as we still have plenty of winter left to make a ding or two into the storage numbers but also with reduced exploration from almost all NG E&P companies and even more so from ailing trusts, I don't think we will be heading into fall 2007 with a large supply overhang.
But you never know how things will work out and neither do I care.
Stocks go up and stocks go down, ECA is a long-term keeper because sooner or later NG prices will go up huge; they aren’t making any more of the stuff.
