Re: Price Lotto.By the end of January 2000. the stock will be trading at .32 cents. The management of this company has taken on the Ostrich approach to management techniques.
We have just come through the Y2K period with flying colors. The markets are boomming and basically anything related to e-commerce and technology is off the map. Markets are efficient and they factor news and expectations for earnings. It would appear the markets have chosen to take the Ostrich approach to MLM as well. If the markets are efficient, and I believe they are, then they are telling us something. They either don't like the Lyco busines, or they don't like the management. There are so many things the management could and should be doing, but they are not and the market reflects it. The shareholders may not be getting what they should. At least not with this mangement.
For this company to succeed, there will have to be changes. TK is going to have to take over and put their own people in place. MLM currently lacks the experienced management to build a solid company who is committed to the shareholders.
Until some serious changes are made, this company will continue to flounder as a directionless penny stock company.
