If he has written that in the time when the market price was $72, it would mean that he assumes that $70/lbs is the total cost to get from the ground to the customer... Ok a senior might have a better package and be cheaper, lets say 1/3rd , anyway at $46-70 of cost U mining would have not been really attractive before the price went up...
