Summary of E-Mail's from Stokes and FortierE-Mail from Sean Stokes (Investor Relations at Nuinsco):
I’m not authorized to speak on behalf of Campbell, however I think that the price is depressed by being in CCAA and what you will see when it emerges from CCAA is a well financed, viable mining company with a dominant position in a prolific mining camp. Naturally there is a lot of work to do there operationally and on the IR side, however there is a lot of potential at the existing operations and to grow both in the Chibougamau camp and elsewhere.
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Sean Stokes
E-Mail's from Andre Fortier:
Nuinsco 50-50, and Third Party Property Discussion
Rene Galipeau or Warren Holmes made reference that Nuinsco has an informal agreement with Campbell to go 50/50 on any new projects in the region (not just CB)?
[André Y Fortier] This is correct.
- Is this for all current CCH exploratory claims?
[André Y Fortier] At the moment, we are in discussion to jontly acquire a property owned by third parties.
Is this for the region near and around Corner Bay?
[André Y Fortier] It is informal at this time.
Has any of this agreement already started beyond CB?
[André Y Fortier] It could apply to an outside property located in the Chibougamau camp. There are no other initiatives at this time.
Can you provide any additional details on this for myself and other investors I have involved in CCH? Maybe how you think this is of benefit to Campbell. (Costs to achieve production versus returns, if NWI goes halfway)
[André Y Fortier] It reduces the risk by half and it helps us to process additional ore in the Copper Rand mill, which is producing well below capacity.
Corner Bay
It was obtained through the arrangement of the Corner Bay financing. The financing should be finalized in the coming weeks and Campbell will be arranging for it as we owned the property; the 50% comes in once Campbell has recovered all of its investment in Corner Bay including the repayment of any outstanding loan.
André

I will be there as well as Alain Blais and Réal Savoie.
