RE: New Claims?

RE: New Claims? To be more specific the press lake property surrounds the stake lake property. It is at the junction of highway 599 and highway 642, near Sturgeon Lake. Sturgeon Lake is home to the Mattabi and Sturgeon Lake Mines, both Zn/Cu/Pb/Ag producers. The closest large town is Sioux Lookout, some 60km to the northwest. The moly they refer to in their news release are Cu/Mo showings asscoiated with a small gabbroic body that lies between Shanty and Pike Lake, immediately east of their property. The small railroad town of Clarkdon lies 5km south of the property. There are no felsic volcanics in this part of the belt - a key ingredient for VMS deposits (such as Mattabi), however it has likely not been mapped at a 1:5000 scale and as such, could hold promise for a base metal discovery. The immediate target would likely be Cu/Mo and possibly PGE mineralization in the gabbro.
