Follow the smart money.. not the stupid money CBI play has less then 30 million shares fully diluted and Sprott owns around 19% of the shares,they are no dummies when it comes to sniffing out value on plays that have outstanding potential as CBI has infact they are the masters at finding the sleeper companies before they launch.As the old saying goes folks "follow the smart money". PLE is the dumb money, like I said Sprott wouldn't touch it with a 10 ft. pole.
