Its Black Fly Property is located in the developing Atikokan gold mining camp along and within the Marmion Lake Fault Zone, approximately 13.6 kilometers southwest along strike of Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef Gold Deposit.

Relax and have a bud. The meeting date is Feb 20, 2007 at 10:00a.m. for shareholders as of Jan 16,2007. Re:4-to ratify and approve the property agreement entered into by the company whereby the company may aquire up to a 100% interest in the cuo lake/donen uranium deposit located in the greenwoood mining division in south-central B.C.
