RE: RE: takeover..Eddy

RE: RE: takeover..EddyPerhaps you didn't read the 43-101 report. There is a deemed value here even using those numbers. The problem IS, the management team does not have the credibility on the market to provide a return on capital. As far as I know that is the only measurement of success FOR the shareholders. We are not paid a monthly salary to hold the stock. We do not get cheap options, warrants, etc. This is all about perspective. For you, just buying in, there is nothing but blue sky, open in all directions, as you say. Well, those of us who have been here for 3 to 4 years have heard that same statement made after every news release about the drilling. Yet the stock is trading no higher than where it was a few years ago. The company's lack of credibility is reflected in the stock price. Take a good look at the President of ASD. How many other companies is he involved in? This holds true for the ex-president, COB, etc. Where is the focus? You cannot talk about all the merits of grades, drilling, and development of the resource without asking the question, if this is the case, why does the stock keep falling and making new 52 week lows? You are not the first Johnny come lately to accuse those of us who have been here, as Decade said, since this was ASC, as bashers or shorters, but wouldn't common sense lead you to the question to the obvious conclusion, that maybe guys like us maybe know a little more about this company and their track record, than a guy who just bought in. Quite frankly, when I am looking at a company, I want to know what the shareholders who have been around awhile think of the company.
