RE: House Positions 12/01-12/02what is even more of a scandal is that the FDA cronies did not allow the company to advertise the e-coli vaccine as a flagship potential blockbuster and, in fact, warned the company that if they did anything of the sort that it would prevent the FDA from fast track trial status
basically is was corporate extortion to the point that even the company thought they may have to go BK (this is why the stock kept selling off each time it tried to goto .85+ or $1 - just over a month ago)
all the while the FDA & their connected monies were taking huge positions - is my hunch
