BASIS AND LIMITS OF ESTIMATE
Scott Wilson RPA has carried out a mineral resource estimate for the mineralization within the Main Conglomerate Bed only.
A minimum thickness of 2.44 m (8 ft.) was used based on the minimum mining height selection. The mineral resource estimate covers the portion of the Main Conglomerate Bed beginning at an estimated vertical depth of 40 m from surface to a vertical depth of about 550 m.
The Main Conglomerate Bed and the contained uranium mineralization is open to depth, as demonstrated by deeper drilling on the property, but the deeper drilling is considered to be too wide spaced
to be included in the mineral resource estimate. In addition, sample assay data are not available for all of the deeper drill holes.
The estimated mineral resource is restricted on the northeast and east at the original property boundary between the Pardee claims and the Pecors claims. Although the mineralization continues to the east across the original Pecors property to the Pecors Lake fault as indicated by the geology and grade information on cross-sections through the drill holes, the detailed sample intervals and assays are not available for the boreholes.
Therefore, the estimate of the mineral resource has not been extended east of the original as well.
