RE: takeover specialists?I doubt RNG is the name behind all the stock that has come out today. As they hold more than 10% of CHD I believe they would have to disclose the fact they are sellers. Not my area of expertise but when ARG sold their position in CHD to RNG there was a halt on CHD and ARG made a press release. I would have thought the same would hold true here. Something must be going on though.
