Lehman question about Campbell rights

Lehman question about Campbell rightsI'm pretty new to this but if buying a right entitles me to one common share of Campbell and 1/2 of one common share purchase warrant, which subsequently entitles me to purchase one additional common share at $0.15 up until 5 PM EST on May 26, 2008 (quoting the news release of Nov. 28) is it not a better deal to purchase 2 rights @ 0.145 (Feb 14/07 close) which gives me 2 shares plus 1 more at 0.15 rather than buying 3 @ 0.17 (Feb 14/07 close). Am I understanding this correctly? Additionally the exchange which the rights are traded on, OTC Bulletin Board, can someone explain the difference between this and something like the TSX? I'm assuming that the rights' prices are in american currency since the exchange is based in the us? Thanks
