RE: UMJ and PAT management.Where PAT is concerned:
I liked JP Chauvin when I met him. A very saavy guy.
I liked GK when I met him as well. Good business knowledge.
I thought well of CC as a human being though compared with the other two seemed to be somewhat lacking in courage and conviction.
That is 3 guys near the top in less than a year with PAT. That is not the case with UMJ yet. Richard is running the show through CC on both campaigns. But what if as in OZ the cowardly lion finds his courage. What if he really believed and wanted to exercise a decision that was somewhat different from Richard's plan ? Would he be done away with Herod style ? I should think so. I prefer a management team who is headed by someone who is collaborative and welcomes differing points of view rather than someone who could be likened more to Tony Soprano than to Jack Walsh. Management is everything in this business. Finding properties is one thing but being someone who can work well with others for mutual gain is quite another. Look at PAT's performance under RC's leadership ? Bloody aweful!!! Where does the buck stop in that case ? At the top right ? Who is at the top ? Riiigghhhhttt
