From the new 43 101 Jan 11th /07Property location and ownership: The Torlon Hill zinc property is located in the Cuchumatanes Highlands of western Guatemala, Central America about 140 km northwest of Guatemala City and 12km west-northwest of the city of Huehuetenango (Figure 1). Access is by gravel road from the nearby town of Chiantla and then by horse trail for the final 1.5 km. In December, 2004 Firestone Ventures Inc. (“Firestone”) (FV: TSX Venture Exchange) entered into an agreement to purchase, through option payments, a 100% interest in the 16 hectare Torlon concession (CT-148) from La Cooperativa de Producción Industrial Juventud Minera, R.L. Firestone Ventures has been granted by the Guatemalan government an additional 134 hectare concession surrounding the Torlon concession (Figure 2). The Orbita concession (LEXR-905) was granted by the Guatemalan Ministry of Energy and Mines Resolution No. 079 on May 2, 2005.
