Regarding # 2, if certain bullion banks alone were privy to Central Banl selling and shorted gold with this inside knopwledge, making money, I don't think there is any question about legality. In regards to the second part of # 2, because there has been no recent audits of Fort Knox, it could indeed be empty, but as we all know gold is nowhere $2,000 an ounce. This is the argument of GATA. #3 Gold has always been the barometer of inflation, and still is by Central Banks, which is why they hate to see the price of gold rise. Dave
