RE: The President's responseWhy would Gee raise money? Hello...that's his job! The question is, how well is he doing his job? According to you, who is implying you know much more than I about mining, are okay with killing the market every time you do a financing. Now, you may be right, maybe I don't know squat about mining, but I do know when a company is not being run properly.
How much money has this company spent on acquisitions and drilling to date? Is that money being represented in the stock price? We have a $21 million dollar market cap, is that representative of the value of the properties and drilling to date?
It seems to me that the companies that have done well are groups that were able to finance at their highs in the last few years. They were able to do that because the market recognized the strength of the management team. The price of this stock is more indicative of the markets distrust for the management, than the value of the property.
How anyone can be encouraged by doing a financing of this size (16 million more shares of dilution) at .50 is beyond my grasp of the obvious.
