you're dead right vino. this co is a non-event. ten years have gone since reorganization and must be five million spent. thumbing through the annuals leaves the impression that many properties were taken on and no work done - at least no work ever reported. expenses without returns! the tech people sound well qualified but they don't do much that is reported. advice to accumulate stock and have faith is ok in its place but we are in a bull market where others are producing results now.
