RE: Locked in transaction from a yrJust spoke with Barry Schwarz - tranaaction was from a year when they needed money - went to a US institution for money sold 1800000 shares - with 1800000 warrants to expire a year after the transaction - they probably exercised at .50 - .55 - the company gets another $396k.
