RE: Looking forward to these developments

RE: Looking forward to these developmentsThe Notes are subject to a call provision. After three years they may be redeemed at a price that is equal to USD$1,050 per Note, plus accrued and unpaid interest. So, that being the case, the most likely outcome of a court victory over Asarco regarding our Mission Mill will be to provide Mercator with the trump card in the future production of the Mission Mine. Rio Tinto, BHP & Xstrata are all interested in the Mission Mine. It might even be possible to envision some sort of joint venture stemming from the court’s legal re-instatement of the Mission Mill to its indisputable owner: Mercator Minerals, a company that paid the full asking price for an asset that otherwise went begging on the market. Once the courts repudiate Asarco’s bogus claim on this asset, then the fun begins.
