RE: Peter Hodson from Sprott- on Mkt. CallKamloops: can you expand on your thinking on the scrapping of the poison pill? I don't see how CHD is hurt by it. As best I can tell CHD is trading at a discount to a discount for a variety of reasons including maybe questions about whether the project is a go or not. Who knows! The pp is a crutch for mgmt to use until they can get the price to fair value. In that event there would be no particular advantage to the timing of further buys in the market. In other words with where CHD is priced today I think RNG is behaving as though CHD represents great value; hence RNG is snapping up the shares. I would guess there is material news to come in the form of metallurgy thinking, feasibility study and financing. My guess is that if you research former emerging producers you might find that those co's also faced discounts on discounts until they cleared away the mystery surrounding the key elements of a projects viability. If RNG wants to step up and offer me $2 in stock for each share of CHD ( which they are as is anyone entitled to do) I would have to give it full consideration. The last thing we want is someone like RNG to get in the way of shareholders realizing fair value.
