Three NI 43-101 projects
I am not sure why I bother to post here but the downward drift in the SP may be discouraging to some but an opportunity for others. The only danger is a modest take-over offer (50% premium or less), however it is tightly held as shown by small trading volumes over the years. The long term share-holders are in this to the end, a selling price of less than $2 would be a travesty or an incredible bargain depending on your perspective. To bolster the faint hearted I throw in a few simplistic but conservative calcuations of the net asset value.
Bobby's Pond
A combined indicated and inferred N1 43-101 resource of 1.34 million tons at 6.3% Zn and 1.0% Cu (averaged) at $1.52 and $2.61 respectively has an in-ground value of $36 million US
It is open at depth with increasingly better grades; there are 3-4 lenses as opposed to 7-8 estimated previously and has a significant deposit that can be open mined.. both of which improve the economics.
SA Diamonds (21% net to MOA)
NI 43-101 resource at Blue Gum alone of 500,000 carats (conservatively $400 per carat)with multiple other large alluvial gravel sink holes. Currently producing and further exploration to occur. After BEE in ground value to MOA is $34 million US
Valentine Lake (30% net to MOA)
NI 43-101 resource 360,000 oz of gold with minimal drilling to date; inground value to MOA $7 million US
NAV $90 million CDN/ 23 million shares $3.91 per share
..with no debt and almost certainly significant upgrades in all resources to occur.
