Peter GrandichComments on FCO in Peter's latest newsletter, Formation Capital (FCO-TSE $ .57) – The company has reported that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Services Branch (FSB) and other related state and federal agencies have completed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for its 100% owned Idaho Cobalt project. Barring any surprises, the true start-up should commence to production this year. The news comes at a time when Cobalt’s fundamentals are making people sit up and take notice. It couldn’t happen to a more deserving and caring management team at FCO. https://www.resourceinvestor.com/pebble.asp?relid=29058 Also this little comment on page 8, I’ve greatly favored precious metals (gold, silver and PGM group) and uranium over virtually all base metals. I went so far as to dare suggesting shorting copper near its all-time high and remain bearish on it long term. I continue to believe precious metals are a better choice going forward, with special attention still towards uranium and now cobalt (a miniuranium type run-up appears underway in cobalt - see Formation Capital).
