Results

ResultsThey beat expectations - earnings $1.38 with the execpectation of about a dime less. The results came in much lower than one year ago but that was because the sale of a very substantial asset added to the bottom line last year. As well, this is the first time in 6 quarters that they earned less than the previous quarter. However, this reduction was built into expectation. In my view overall management has done just fine or even better than that. The dividend boost of 10% is better than a kick.
