RE: Just for grins, Spaceboy,If ECAP decided to licence IBR's technology and pitch it to various state governments, then it would be safe to assume that they did their homework. Thay have, after all, managed to get at least one plant into construction. ECAP is the investment firm that brought Converted Organics into being.
My guess is that IBR'S Vancouver plant not cash-flow positive because they are not simply trying to make fertilizer from organic garbage. They are focussed on licencing their proprietary technology globaly. Cash and energy gets burned up quickly when you're making presentaions in Milan and Kuala Lampur.
What's your guess? I don't see any cars out there with square wheels, but I do see a plant or two making fertilizer from garbage. I've toured the N. Van plant. I've got samples of the 'Genica' fertilizer formerly known as 'Frenz'.
It works. Will it profitable for Converted Organics? We'll see. Is this stock a sure bet. NO. I appreciate a good question. I have no answers. Just educated guesses.
