Milling capacity risks?

Milling capacity risks?First thanks to all sensible posters on one of the best SH boards, especially Leigh whos posts I have read with great interest all the way back to RSC almost a year ago. This lawsuit puzzles/worries me a bit and I would love to hear what apart from todays NR you guys know about it. I suppose there are three obvious questions; 1) Does RMI have any other milling capacity or could this turn out to be a real problem with delays and/or increased costs etc. 2) Are they sueing because milling capacity is very hard to come by in this part of the world and; 3) Will this lawsuit, justified or not, piss off other mill owners in the vicinity. Just some thoughts as I really like the otherwise very exciting prospects of this investment. Thanks /p
