20% discount $1.26 x .2 = $1.008. 10% of $10 million = $1 million. In lieu of $1 million buck a roos today you would receive 990 thousand shares (estimate). Or, please correct me if I am wrong, 30% interest if one exercised the share plan. Of course one would be risking the interest on SAN Gold going up a no brainier as far as I am concerned. But then I have been known to make errors. Of late MTO & DIT.
